Grounded (Dawson City) 

Re-used Styrofoam packaging material, live plants, wood, soil, fluorescent lights, and mixed media, 2007.

Installed in the ODD Gallery in Dawson City, Yukon Territory, Canada, Grounded was an indoor ‘nature park’ arranged into different geographic and climactic zones, such as Mountains, Desert, Tropics, and Swamp. The gallery director played the role of Park Ranger, and viewers could stroll around the park on the wooden boardwalk.
